Hi Jez.

Well I use mine for all sorts,

Took it 'home' to Italy this year & a week in france also won a Lotus series Road Race and the East District Hill Climb on it.

I like it lots :-)

Aloha jez, I ride my C40 5 times a week, I ride mostly for fitness and stress buster, I also ride to work 2 times a week, 40 miles round trip, I just have some extra clothes and some soap at work, it helps if your workeplace has a shower, mine does not so I use a water spicket out in the back, coworkers think I am crazy, they just dont understand, also great gas mileage so this does save me some dollars also, the best part is when all the cars sit in traffic, I just ride by Aloha Rey

I use my C40 for posing on..50 to 60 miles of posing 3 times a week is good for the sole. When I'm not posing I hang it on the wall and frequently admire it.
Sad I know but you must remember 'If its not a Colnago then its just a bike!!!' Those who have never had one will never understand.
