Hi, I am the owner of a 9 year old Dream. I put off the inevitable next purchase ( C50) by having it resprayed - which took 7 months ! It has Kyrism SSLs and Record 10.

But as I am now 49, I am intedning to purchase a C50 so I have it for next spring and for my next birthday.

I want it to be PROO ie nude carbon, but don't know whetehr to go for tradional or sloping top tube.

Anyone got any ideas re the feel of the bikes?

Alos, what on delays are there on nude carbon models ?

It's pretty much a size issue in relation to leg length really. If the trad size is fine, there's no reason to change. But if you need a shorter stand over height then the sloping is the one, it might also save you a few grams on weight as well. Since you've had the dream a long time, have you ever been fitted properly for a bike? I had a Dream trad 54cm, but once I got Dauphin to size me up properly my whole perspective changed. Looks wise I've seen both versions in C50 and there really isn't anything to choose, my view is the trad geometry now looks a bit dated but .....
