Benn a Pinarello rider/owner for many years. Anyhow, thinking about coming over to Colnago. I have got my heart set on the new EPS....any advice, thoughts and tips would be appreciated!

I ride a C50, not an EPS. However, there is a good review on the washingmachinepost website. Every rider thinks their bike is the best as it's basically the bike you enjoy the most that's the the right choice for you, regardless of make/cost. What I would say is that colnago's are exceptionally well made, and I personally have never ridden another bike that comes close to a C50, but the best thing is to see for yourself.

Give Mike Perry at Maestro a call. I purchased my C50 from him, but other than that I have no affiliation. There seems to be a lot of people on internet forums either slagging him or praising him just in case you were thinking of googling him. I would ignore that rubbish and give him a call for some more info and to make your own mind up. All I can say is that for me, he was nothing short of brilliant, and his knowledge of Colnago is unsurpassed.

Before i got my EPS i was riding a Cristallo and i can say that the diff. between the two is huge.The EPS ride is incomparable even within the Colnago stable, its an ultra-modern beast without the ridiculous flare of some wanna be framesets.Its muscular and carefully crafted headtube and fork resulted in a super stiff and the feeling of being full everytime i go out of the saddle on a bunch sprint or fly through the hills..all w/ a grin on my face.My EPS is size 45s but it feels like you're riding a bike w/ traditional geometry because of its unparalled comfort and stability in ALL conditions.I set up my EPS w/ Sram Red, Easton EC90 Aero wheels and 3T parts etc. all in all at just around 14.20lbs. Mine is color AMSB w/c i think is one of the only two paint scheme in the collection w/c truely shows the heritage of Colnago artistry.EPS is worth the investment and i think that it will be the future flagship of Colnago and a new benchmark for all frame builders tomorrow.
